Gelatin capsules are supposed to help strengthen them. In some cases, people end up just getting fake nails because they can't keep their own from breaking and peeling. Some nail polishes also help strengthen the nails.
i read that rubbing garlic over them strengthens them. Or try soaking your nails in salt water for 30 minutes a day, it worked for me!
