I bought hand and nail lotion, my question is does this stuff work even if I have nail polish on or do I have to take the polish off?Peeling/Flaking nails - hand and nail lotion?
it works best when the nail polish is off as it doesnt have to penetrate through layers of nail polish. rub hand cream and nail oil into the cuticles and base of the nails after every time you wash your hands. this simple strategy keeps the nail matrix (the part that's still alive and therefore responsible for whether they look good or bad by the time they reach the ends of your fingers!) conditioned, so that nails grow looking better.
